How It Works
A simple five step path turns your concern into clear answers—and a plan. Start with a quick risk quiz, meet a sleep physician online, complete an at home sleep test, review results together, and begin treatment that fits your life.

01
Get your risk level in under two minutes
Take the Sleep Quiz
- What you’ll do : Answer brief questions about snoring, daytime sleepiness, morning headaches, blood pressure, and medical history. No login needed.
- What you’ll get : An on screen risk level (Low / Moderate / High) with clear next steps and links to book your consult or learn about the home test.
- Why it matters: The quiz helps identify who is most likely to benefit from testing so you can act now rather than wait weeks for in lab scheduling.

At Home Sleep Test (One Night)
- What’s in the kit : A Type III diagnostic device that records airflow, oxygen saturation, heart rate, and breathing effort.
- How it works : Follow the setup guide (about 10–15 minutes), sleep as usual, then place the device in the prepaid return envelope the next morning.
- Turnaround : Your recording is analyzed by our CLIA certified partner lab and reviewed by a sleep physician. Most reports are ready within 24–48 hours of kit return.
Understand your report and choose a plan
