Real data from your own bed
At-Home Sleep Test (One Night)
- What’s in the kit : A Type III diagnostic device that records airflow, oxygen saturation, heart rate, and breathing effort.
- How it works : Follow the setup guide (about 10 to 15 minutes), sleep as usual, then place the device in the prepaid return envelope the next morning.
- Turnaround : Your recording is analyzed by our CLIA-certified partner lab and reviewed by a board-certified sleep physician. Most reports are ready within 24 to 48 hours of kit return.
